Motivation
Having actionable insights into the performance of software engineering teams is of paramount interest.
While software and project management tools provide some level of analytics solution, they do not necessarily capture the breadth and depth of a team's productivity, interactions, common understanding of the project, etc.
Outcome
Full-fledged design was delivered, with several iterations and tests of the interaction and navigation elements.
An interactive prototype provided a seamless way to communicate the features of the proposed user interface, and the functionalities of the rule-based team performance evaluation tool.
